WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?

- Right of Access

The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, in the form of suspension of processing or limitation of the scope of processing to certain categories of data or purposes of processing, provided that there are no valid and well-known legal grounds for their retention (e.g. legal obligations imposed by the tax authorities or the courts).

- Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decisions
The right not to be subject to decisions taken solely on the basis of data processing carried out by a computer programme designed to evaluate certain characteristics of the data subject, insofar as there are no valid and particularly justified legal grounds for their retention (e.g. legal obligations imposed by the tax authorities or the courts).
